Yeh check RCAs reroute id say thats ur issue.
If its not the audio power cable it could be the cars electrics.

Yeh RCA's down one side of the car, power down the other. Also quality of RCA's. Are your any good? I found the best place to earth was a bolt just under the carpet on the left side of the boot right below the drivers side tsil-light

I think you may have blown your RCA earth fuse on your H.U.....
To see if this is the case, gain access to the rear of the H.U. where the RCA connectors are, and temporarily earth out the outer part of the RCA connection to the H.U. chassis (with a small piece of wire). If the problem goes away, then your RCA fuse has blown.

well my power and my rca's are runnin down opposite sides of the car and dont every come in contact with one another, i might see if the fuse at the back of the deck is in need of replacing, or i might just get it professionaly installed at autobarn.

the pioneer deck is your problem!
i have a pioneer deck and had that problem it had to be sent away for repair and is now fine, its a well known problem with pioneer decks!
do you get noise when the car is just on acc and not running?

Yeah, it could be a problem with your headunit. I have a 2006 Pioneer deck and had the same problem as andrewd.
The problem is when you run your amp without grounding it properly. The amp attempts to ground itself by sending a signal up the RCAs to your headunit, which damages a part of the HU. If you are 100% sure that you did not turn your car on with the amp connected to the headunit but not grounded properly, then it probably won't be the cause of your noise.
I grounded my speaker amp to a bolt behind the carpet, near the tailights. I've attached a photo. My sub amp is grounded to a bolt holding my tailight in. I'm happy with how they've turned out.
