With point 10, I find it best to kinda flip up the trim (acts like a hinge up near the window), get in underneath it, and pry up the metal claw clips whilst pushing up a little. This way is much easier, and you don't end up with big gouges in your metalwork.
And for 3, I made a little hook from the spring of an old clothes peg. Straighten one out, then fold back 5mm or so of the end with some pliers. Push the door trim in, pry up the rubber around the winder so you can see what you are doing, catch back of the circlip, and pull. Easy, much less swearing involved (expletives may be added at user's discretion).
And for 9, get a big flathead screwdriver, push it halfway in in between the door and the trim, slide it sideways as far as you can go, and then pull ouwards. Should result in a satisfying "pop". Slide to the next clip and repeast. NB: Get the screwdriver right in there, don't just use the tip. It's leverage you want.

them top clips are a real pain to get off and i always bent/broke something while doing it
you really need to hit the panel up quite hard to get them off
there is some fancy tool that helps pry them off but i dont know what it is O_o
i hope that wasnt too un-helpfull

Just get your head up underneath there so you can hold up the trim, get the screwdriver under the claw things and prise them out of the metal, at the same time gradually pushing the trim up. With some practice, it comes off sweetly in 10seconds flat, with hardly any force.

You missed one dude.

On the back of the trim once you get it off, you'll find the fabric covered part that I assume you want to retrim, has little clips mounting the tabs on, use a fork or something to pry them off, if you bend them, hammer them flat again.
I retrimmed my own doors too :)

Get under the lip of the rubber and you can fold it back, then if you push on the trim and stick your face flush with you might be able to see the circlip in question.
See my previous post about making up a hook to grab the back of this circlip to pull it off.

Spray contact.

Gotta use something thick and that drys fast, at bunnings there are quite a few good products i think polyueruthane or something along those lines that do a great job. That spray contact is usefull for sticking sheets of paper together thats about it

Just get one of those big tubes of cheapo KS Bond (contact, $2 from Crazy Clarkes I think) and a cheap paintbrush, you'll pretty-much go through an entire tube.
That's why I recommend getting spares of what you are working on if possible, you can do all the work off-car and still have you car intact, then when it's ready, whack 'er in. Also makes for a less rushed job, you'll tend to do things properly if you don't have to worry about getting it back on the car before nightfall.

Question : Is the lower carpet part of the KS door Pod removable in any way?

Yes, but it butts up against a ledge in the plastic, which makes it a bit of a pain to retrim; you either need to cut before you stick, and hope you are really accurate in your placement, or attempt to stick and then trim, somehow getting a straight edge that will tuck up neatly under the ledge. Seemed too much effort for an uncertain outcome, and decided that vinyl down there probably wouldn't suit anyway. So just gave the carpet a haircut, making it nice and neat.

Hmmm YAY Front Doors are done and they look sweet :D ... Did them in red vynal
And now its time for the back doors, but the windows dont go all the way down, so i cant get the clips off, should i just be trying harder or is there another way to get the door off. Its already startin to split strait down the front of the door if i pull any harder...
