Gremlin is selling one from memory. It should just bolt up, as far as I know bumper fixings were the same from TE-TJII. Painting is another story though, you could be looking at up to $700 depending on where you go.

If you get a Ralliart front bar, you'll also need Ralliart wheelarch flares or the bar will stick out at the back (where it joins to the wheelarch).
But don't let that stop you, it's a great looking bar. Just buy the flares as well or maybe a later project.

*edit* sorry for the quality of the attached pic but it's the best one I have.

you will need a TH+ front bar, because the TE-TF are a little different.

Not for a ralliart bar, the reo is the same, it's the actual plastic bumper that is different (only a problem with vr-x kit).

Maybe someone should come up with a mini flare to blend that step back into the arc, for those that dont like the flares. I would but I dont have a ralliart bar......

there is probably enough plastic on the bar that the flares could be sanded off flush with the front guards. it depends on how it is moulded on the inside of the flares. this would solve the problem of getting the front flares and then having to get the back ones to match.

Mitsi_Boi - it should only cost you $200-$300 to get a bar painted depending on the condition of the bar. if it needs any plastic repairs budget a little more.
