just take some power from anything that is used when the ignition is on accessories...cig lighter etc.
Maybe check to see if you need a realy slotted into the case under the bonnet or a fuse in the dash

Where do these electric seats come from? are they mitsu or after market?
Also, Running power from the cigy down the center to the seat would be best. Otherwise trace the plug you have back and see if its acctualy connected to power. Might just be there doing nothing cos the seat wasn't standard.

Aspec owns a TL VR-X and his car came with electric drivers seat standard...(Not to mention side air bags)

Could go thru the BEM. Go the easy way and still use the plug
My Verada has electric seats standard
Seat goes up
Seat goes down
Seat goes up
Seat goes down
Much fun :)
I'm actually surprised there isn't any power running to it. Check the work shop manual if you have it, to see where it should be plugged to.

yeh i don't have a manual. do you have one to check where it goes to? i'm guessing they dont just leave live power lying around when it's not in use lol
I just had a look at the circuit diagrams and looms. All looks fine as the harness's are one for all.
The workshop manual says theres 1 fuse for the power windows, seat and sunroof (1 fuse does them all). Double check that this fuse actually exists. The fuse is in the fuse box in the engine bay and should be a 40A fuse.

ah ok thanks. i saw the power window fuse in the owners manual. the wire must not be hooked up then. i'll tear it all apart on the weekend lol

it fully looks like it's all wired up somewhere in the fuse box. can anyone shed some light as to where the connection might be disconnected on the magnas?
Thanks
