the face plate of the deck was stolen. has anyone got any ideas how to a replacement besides calling pioneer. they are an absolute rip off. does it have to be that model?

please give some suggestions. thanks

Or get find someone clearing last years stocks
its normally the same price as a face plate

claim it on insurance and get a new one

Having worked in the car audio industry in the past, I can only give you this advice...

Just go buy a new deck. It will cost you almost the same money...

Car audio retailers also dont like dealing with people who just want a replacement face, and you will find them very "unhelpful".

Oh and also, yes, they have to be the same model. You may find that the next model up, or next model down may work, but you may lose functionality etc.
