G'day Lads, having a little difficulty getting anything to stick to my dash up on the top (Apexi RSM stand). its not hard plastic, its kinda a little soft but I've tried a few types of double sided tape and nothing will stick to it. I cleaned it with metho before i tried the tape maybe metho is no good? anyone else had the same problem or do i need something else to clean the dash or is there some really hardcore type tape i should use?

have u tried the double sided tape from bunnings which holds 5KG. bout 7 bucks or something

had a few different types laying around the garage, inc one that seems to be pretty damn good for other applications..... might have to go a see what they got. I'm just hoping the metho clean is fine and i dont need some way out cleaning product

the Apexi RSMs come with a good double sided tape. i have had one on my car (S13) for about 5 years with out any problems. 3M tapes are the best.

I've found the best thing is to go to your nearest panel beaters supplies shop and buy 3M bodyside moulding tape.
