rattles can sometimes be fixed with tightening something or some double sidd tape. don't have to go straight to sound deadening. If you are going to go with deadening than i would go the whole hog, will sound much better and will take care of those little rattles. Had quotes to get it done on my ts for bout $500 by a local car sound shop. will be getting done soon! thats for front doors and bits of the boot (however much he can do with wahts left over from the front doors)

Dude don't go for that $500... that's a lot of money out of you pocket, just get a bulk pack of Dynamat Extreme for like $250 from eBay and do it yourself, you won't regret it. I just bought $60 worth of Stinger Roadkill (same stuff really) and put it on my bootlid and the difference is just huge, DIY it and buy yourself something nice with the other $250 lol

Have to agree, as I recently installed a Dynamat bulk pack into my car. About $240 and if you combine the time, it would have taken me about 1 day if that to install it on the inner/outer door skins and parcel shelf. Although I did it to reduce road noise, bass is much improved from the rear speakers, I don't need to have the stereo turned up as much and the doors don't make a sound. Save $250 and do it yourself, it's not that hard. Here's my thread on it: http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50552&highlight=sound+deadening

Get a bulk kit

1 sheet on each inner door
1 sheet on each outer door with half a sheet each side for a second layer around the speaker
2 sheets on the floor and sides of your boot
1-2 sheets on your actual boot lid and number plate

Thats only 9 sheets in total. Just wear gloves cause it cuts like nothing else if you cut it.

I used stinger g-spot in the magna, doesn't stick as good as the Dynamat but good all the same. :D
