Im soon going to install my full sound system. Everything in the car is completely stock at the moment. Im putting some 6 inch splits in the front doors, they're going to be running off an amp rated at 50 watts RMS, will the factory wires already going to the front speakers be able to handle the power with no problems or loss of sound quality???? Has anyone amped the front speakers using these wires before????

They'll work for moderate levels of power but eventually you may choose to put new ones in. It's a pain in the ass job but you may decide to do it now whilst you have the door trims off.
One method I use is to get a straight length of coathanger wire; solder whatever speaker wire you want to thread through the door grommet onto the end of the coathanger, then poke it through.

you might use it !
but when it comes time for serious power, you will have to re run wires again!
so to save you the trouble, just run new wires and when you upgrade to better splits, everything should be fine!!!
When it comes to cables you first have to work out the amount of current that must run through them.
Factory speaker cables are fine for low current. But if you're planning on running 300 watts through them you'll need something like 16AWG. :)

did you buy a magna marty???? j/k
they should put you as a mod in this section, and give me special priorities!
16 AWG is pretty thin how about 12 AWG, that what my little diamond audio babies run on!
