*edit* Tis okay, I measured the front (on different ground) - my car's level. :D

How do I check if my Ralliart has...
1. The original Ralliart front springs
2. Stock Magna front springs
3. Aftermarket springs.

Why do i ask?
About 2 weeks ago, I was looking to see how much clearance my front bar has off the road. The Passenger (previously damaged) side sits higher than the driver's (undamaged) side. Some of the front end damage (CV joints, etc.) may have been fixed by the Auction/Car Yard people to make the car driveable. This didn't bother me as I'm looking at getting a set of lowered springs after it's registered anyway.

But now I've just had a thought - this may be a possible problem for my VIV.

Although she past the RWC (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51404), she will go through the VIV next week and they do the engineers checks, chassis measurements, etc. to ensure the repairs are correct.

From memory (and a quick look at that) my springs are...
- the Drivers side (undamaged) has a front spring that is Red & Black.
- the passenger side (previously damaged) has a front spring that's just Black.
(Both sides still have the KONI's)

I'll reconfirm this when I get home this afternoon/tonight.

But if anyone knows how to check the difference, that'd be great.

check if theres 2 coloured dots on the springs http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28930 i think ralliarts had pink dots on 1 side and orange on the other on the front.

also check if the struts bent cause it might look OK and sort of work but when i hit the front on mine it looked allright and seemed to work but when i took it off the car it was sticking so i ditched it and got a new set. (thats the reason whey when i sold my konis i only had 3 :()

To all those that I PMed to see what their Ralliart springs looked like.
Thanks but please don't go to too much trouble now. Problem fixed - My car's okay. :D
(sorry if you looked at your springs before reading this)

I drove to a recently made car park at a Kinder. (Flatest groud I could think of)
My front with splitter measures 11.5 and 13cm off the ground (depending on where you measure it). But the main thing is that it's the same both sides.
Ends up, it's my carport that's uneven. :bowrofl:

However, I got my first taste of the LOW Ralliart Front Bar & Splitter.
The Kinder carpark has an average dip at the entrance/gutter. (nothing harsh)
Stopped the car to see how low the front splitter was on an average driveway entrance.
On an angle the front's only 4.5cm off the ground.
Flat/straight on, it's only 1.2cm off the ground.
...and I want to lower this - I think I'll have to make a decision, Keep splitter or Lowered - I don't think the two go together well.

Good to hear you resolve the issue.

I removed my splitter coz its always scrapping on my driveway and it is not even lowered yet. But I am planning to lowered anytime soon. So better remove that splitter if you are thinking lowering your ride, just to be safe. Just put it on if you are attending occasions for good looks.

HAHA carport was uneven!!

As for the splitter, yeh you're crazy to lower it and keep it. So you'll have to choose i'm afraid.
