Hey guys,

The spline on the back of two of my seperate hubs have stripped and i cant get my wheels off! All the stud does is spin inside the hub!
Does anyone know how to do this?

Done a search but can't find exactly what I need to do.
(Its a 2nd gen TR)

I work for a tyre store, we have had this hapen before. We just try to angle the stud to jam so the nut will come off or brake the stud. Much easier to try to achive when you have a rattle gun. Good luck!

Put heaps of downward pressure on the stud whilst turning, hopefully you will snap the stud off, then replace it and go from there.

Thanks guys, got them off!

Now...the studs that we had to snap off have fallen back into the drum
So my question to you guys is what is required to get them out and then replace the studs?

In the drum? Rear? Remove the drums. Hopefully not jamming the drum....
New studs cost ~10 bux from Mitsu.

Cheers Killer, yes they are both at the rear.
What do you need to do to put the studs in?...i know that may be a stupid question but Im really not keen on doing this without knowing anything about it.

You should just need a hammer and a bit of wood for a drift so you don't damage anything.
just put the new stud in the hole with your hand then using the hammer and bit of wood tap it in slowly.
