Hey guys,
Im going to get some rims in a couple of weeks, and have shocks and springs sitting at home.
Just wondering if it would be better to get the shocks+springs installed before i get the rims put on or other way round? as im getting them done at different places. Would i have to get wheels alignments done after each or just one?
Cheers

get the springs and shocks fitted first... mags and standard ride height make me sick lol

you will need an alignment after the springs and shocks are fitted but you do NOT need an alignment when changing rims.....

apart from aesthetics... :P

Doesn't really matter in what order you do things.

Since you already have shocks/springs, it may be better to get the rims, then try lower it. If its not workable, at least you don't have to take the springs/shocks out again and go for less low ones.

But yeah, rims will not change the geometry of the suspension, lowering will (ever so slightly, as the car is permanently sitting at a different susp setup at neutral), so you should do an alignment then.

ok thanks for the replys
will probably get the springs n shocks put in first as im pretty sure the lovell superlows are the height i want.
