Has anyone ever attemtped the coversion form the normal stock switches for a/c, fan speed etc to the climate control system on TJ?

Too tricky and too much invlovled , they unit it self will cost around US$30 from but finding allt he cables willl be big big pain. Do a search i think it was discussed long long ago.

i've always wanted to put in a climate control system in my tj. i had a quick search a few months back and another one just then, and didnt turn up anything useful.

has anyone done one?

The only way this might be feasible would be to change the whole dash board assembly.It could be done just changing the appropriate components but the amount of work would be substantial.You would have to hard wire in the loom for the ecu.Change from cables to electric motors for all the controls,and the your heater/aircon unit may not be compatible with them.There would be other stuff involved as well that I can't think of off the top of my head.
