Hey Guys,

Just a quick question about battery boxes. The ones that come stock on the KJ Verada (I presume they do anyway), could i fit one on my TJII. I don't see why not, unless there are small layout differences. Just thought i'de check anyway.

They didnt come with the KJ's on.

Yeah you can put them on easily enough.

Many theroys as to why they stopped using them such as battery heat soak but knowing mitsubishi, i would put it down to cost cutting like usual.

I've never had any issues with hot batteries.

my KH has it, makes the bay look very neat and tidy

agreed makes it look that little bit neater... but if you dont have the goods might not be worth the cost?

cost a me like $5 from the wreckers to put one into my TJ, they are an easy fit as all models are the same around that area with the exception of the canoes

a week or so later i riped ot off and chucked it in the garbage! cbf with it any more

i DID have issues with my battery BOILING the acid! lol not 100% sure that the cover was the case, but i got rid of it for that and other reasons

note they are hard to find unbroken!
