Dude be patient! Not everyone lives on these forums so give people some time.
It is illegal to replace your steering wheel if you have airbags.

What if it is like the Momo wheel on ebay that retains the airbag?

Then you should be right! Just have a crash repair place do it, all those certifications may come in handy should you become impaled on your steering column if the airbag fails lol
Yummy, I love the Ralliart wheel...

Most people just say Ralliart :P
Yeah you should be able to, just disconnect your battery first or you might end up getting punched in the noggin by your new best friend the deployed airbag. Use a crash repair place and get them to fit it.

Sorry to go a bit off topic but what the red inserts on that ralliart wheel made of?
How hard would it be to change the colour???

it would be just red colored leather. If you want to change it, you might have to take it to an upholsterer. They will just unstitch it and restitch it with the stuff you want.

you should be able to do it yourself. disconect the battery & wait a cople of minutes. unscrew the screws in the side of your steering wheel. that should allow you to pull the unit off the front of the wheel. keep it facing away from you. undo the wire from the module & put it somewhere out of the way with the trim facing up. undo the nut and away you go. make sure your wheel is straight before you begin.

It's illegal to remove standard airbag steering wheels here in NSW, for an optional "racing steering wheel"... I'm sure for Victoria it would be the same. Check your state vehicle regulations on the government website as the easiest option. But as far as I know... I wouldn't do it if I had an airbag steering wheel... but that's the risk you'll take, if you don't check with it in black and white... that and you'll not have an airbag

just make sure the 2 arrows are aligned on the drum behind the wheel. you don't need anything reset. just plug it all back in or you'll have an annoying light on the dash
