Does anyone know if TJ has pollen filter and if so what is involved in replacing it.

huh whats a pollen filter (i know this doesnt help you but just wondering what it is???)

A pollen filter does what the name suggests, filters pollen and other allergens from the air traveling into the car via the aircon unit. AFAIK Magnas have some rudimentary filter however I don't know where it is on my own car let alone someone elses. My apologies.

howdy

sorry to revive an old thread (gotta love the search function) so if there is no pollen filter in the TJ's.. how is the cabin filtrated? (my curiosity just killed the cat :P )

There must be some kind of filter in the AC system, otherwise sticks/stones could come out of the vents!

sticks stones and leaves all get collected in the fan blades and a/c evaporator box... this decomposes into leaf mould and leads to premature failure of the evap core blocked drain hose and or bad odours

not many vehicles are fitted with pollen filters although i cant see it being too hard to mod a magna
