it could be one of your erg/pvc (i'ts one of them) is blocked and not letting the gases into the intake andthe presure is building up and thats where the oil may be comming from, thats my guess :D

bit hard to tell untill you give the engine bay a good degrease (cover anything electrical first) then go for a short drive so the car warms up then pop the hood and see if you can notice any drips or leaks. If not start the car while watching the engine bay and get your wife to give a few small revs to see if you can spot any leaks. Make sure you have a torch even in the day.
like perry said it could just be a blocked pvc valve on you rocker cover but to be sure give it a good clean and go from there:)

As was already mentioned, remove the PCV valve and clean it, then replace the cam/rocker cover gaskets. The gaskets are between $20-25 each (obviously you need two) from Mitsi spares, pretty easy to change over yourself.
You will need to remove the intake plenum to replace the seal on the rear bank, so you might as well fit Barry's (can find his thread in the 3rd gen section) gasket kit (plenum gasket & throttle body gasket).
Also don't forget since the cam cover gaskets are rubber, smear a bit of oil on the gasket before fitting. :P
