Does anyone know how to set ignition timing on TJ (without traction control). Manual only gives method with MUT. Any help appreciated.

you can not change the timing

set by the comp

so either aftermarket computer or the mod someone did on mca

i'd just leave it alone though, there is nothing wrong with the factory settings
