Does anyone know if driveshafts from a 3.5 auto would fit a 3.0 auto - are they the same or different?

well I put a 3.5l gearbox into my old 3.0l TE and the 3l driveshafts fitted into the 3.5 box so yeah I would say it works both ways lol

the gearbox will be the same design in outside specs

as will the distance to the rotors

engine capacity not an issue all V6 blocks the same within the models

after fitting you may need a wheel alignment

i spoke to the cv guy about this when i was getting mine changed last.
at first they wouldnt interchange because there was somthing about the threads on the end not being the same but after a couple of years they all got interchangable and u can use either one
