Ive got a few things planned for my 98 3.0 manual exec and was wondering if anybody could help me out with a couple of questions?

Firstly, does anybody know what type of release agent i should use on a fibreglass mould cause i am going to make my own bodykit.

Next, the air snorkle that goes from the airbox to the gap under the bonnet lip is blocked by a rubber seal, would it be safe to remove/cut a section out of this to allow for more air to flow to the intake? What would happen when rain got sucked in?

Finally, all the ugly grey plastic body bits on the sides of the executive seem to be removable (sorry, dont know what they are called), any idea how?

all i can answer is the snorkel isn't blocked the rubber sits on top of it.

I thought that the rubber blocked up any gap between the bonnet lip and the top of the grill so that water could not get in, thus air could not get in either. So the air that is sucked in to the snorkle is from the very front of the engine bay, but not actually air directly from outside the front of the car.
