No need to "test" Them man, just get a nice bright torch and get underneath your steering wheel and have a look for what fuse has a broken link in it. :)
if not on the cover of the fusebox it will tell you what fuses are for what my bet is that you have blown the ACC fuse

always carry a torch inside your car
and spare fuses ...think there might be more to the problem than a fuse
It may happen again so do some checking on overloads
installed a sound system or new device ??

Sure you don't just have the LEDs in backwards, preventing flow?
Looks maybe lie it's fuse "5" (15Amp), but so far haven't had any luck tracking down where that is (and can't be ****d crawling through my car in the dark at the moment, sorry...)

Just looked in the owners manual (saw it lying around), my reading of it is that the fuse for tail-lights is the first or second from the front in the engine bay fuse box. Hard to say from the diagram, only a few things are numbered so don't know if the unnumbered squares have fuses in them or not...

thanks guys, it was the blown "tails" fuse in the box under the bonnet, found i had a blown abs one at the same time so that was good. with the led's apparantly they can only go one way which is real handy for the ba9s so unless i rewire it round the other way ive wqasted my money
