hey guys just wanted to know how do i take out the window winder as i dont have power windows. i am doin my sound system as we speak but im stuck on that...any help would be appreciated.

it's been covered but there is a little C clip behind the handle that you have to un clip either with a flat blade screwdriver or with a "window winder handle release tool"
or you could use a rag or a hook of some description
if you hold your head against the door trim and look behind the handle you'll see what i'm talking about

Champ, on my two magnas (1st and 2nd gens) there was a cir clip on the winder, either grab a rag and slide it down between your door trim and the handle closest to the trim and rub too and fro in all directions till you hear that little sucker drop somewhere you'll probably never find it again OR grab a torch and a flat-blade screw driver and quickly push down on one of the open-ended arms to make it drop off/Try and lift the top of the clip so it pops off vertically (Will be easiest to see where it goes then).

To reinstall: get the clip onto the handle and press it on, now just slide the door handle onto the position you want it to sit relative to the glass (I always wind the glass completely UP then push the clip onto the winder arm and then push it onto the winder stalk.

I hate non power windows. The C clips are hard to locate at first but don't give in, it will release after some shaking.

thanks for all they advice guys...we finally got it out bt didnt have much time left as it was getting dark so for the next week im driving around without front door trims!!!! man its a wiered feeling..looks sooo.........NAKED lol

will possibly be a lot more road noise too
you might wanna just put the handle back on the door in case you get pulled over
cops don't like it when they can see the splash shields

Orrrrrrrrr you could just not be a dick and not get pulled over and give him a reason to book you on something.
