Yeah mate, you need a TH bar, i just fitted a VRX kit to my TF yesterday. I tried to fit it on the old bar (TF one) but yeah it would need a bit of cutting and stuffing around with. A whole lot easier to buy a new bar, mine cost $99, then the kit was $650 and the paint was $660. So all up fitted and painted was about $1400. looks really good though i think.
Make sure you pre fit the kit to your car before it gets painted, otherwise things will start to go wrong. Attaching the back skirts to the rear bar is a **** of a thing i found, making it all fit equal. Dont forget to cut the section out around your exhaust, i just grabbed the jigsaw and hacked it away, you cant see it anyway.
Dammit, I was kinda hoping it'd fit to a TF bar, since I'm planning on buying a TF soon and all.
jtauelangi, you wouldn't be able to post a few pics of what yours looks like would you? :D

The kit was from ebay, just type in vrx, it should pop up, it included the two front skirts, the two side skirts and the three piece rear bar extension plus all the nuts and bolts. The kit does not include the wheel arch flares or rear boot spoiler.
I got my TH/J bar from ebay also, there are a few on there at the moment.
