Car: 1996 TE model

I believe my car battery is going to died soon. I brought a new battery. I know to remove the car battery for other cars, but not this one. This one come with black cover box. I try to unscrew it, the plastic screw become unless. Does anyone know to remove it?

Two clips are holding upper part of the shroud to the radiator support panel. Open the battery cover and prise out the clips with your finger or short flat head screwdriver.
