72 is listed in the Traction control section (13H) of the manual
It says ECU circuit System and refers you to section 13A on multipoint fuel injection
If I find 62 Ill do an edit on this post
Edit......62 is listed under srs (52B) as drivers side airbag module (squib) system and refers you to 52B - 10
62 is Driver's side air bag module (squib) system
Clear the codes. Road test the car and recheck the codes.

ok thanks guys, um car has no air bags, and how do i clear the codes, cheers
car has lost a lot of top end power and revs out realy slowly.
To clear codes:
1 Switch the ignition Off.
2 Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 20 seconds.
3 Confirm that no fault codes are present.
4 Bring the engine to normal operating temperature and run it at idle speed for 10 minutes.
How did you find out that codes are 62 and 72 ?
I find it strange that 1997 TF Sports had driver's airbag as standard and in 1999 TH Sports was optional

Has the ECU ever been replaced? Sounds a little dodgy if it's complaining about codes for parts that aren't even installed...
If it's lost a lot of top-end power and is running a little strange and you have ruled everything else out, get the ECU checked.
