Now according to the Bendix website theres 3 kinds of brake caliper that came on 3rd Gens including the following models; TE, TF, TH.

The 3 kinds of caliper are Akebono, Sumitomo and PBR. My question is which one goes on which model as I'm trying to find which brake pad would fit my car 1998 Altera LS (TF).

I could guess that the PBR ones are for VRX and Sports models but that still leaves the other two.

Thanks.

As far as I know the exact same single piston caliper was fitted to all non specialist (AWD/Ralliart/possibly some Veradas) Magnas. Mitsubishi probably just contracted 3 companies to cast up brakes for them.

look on your caliper. Mine have PBR cast into them. You will probably find the PBR brakes on most Australian made cars. AFAIK.
I think most magnas have the PBR type with the anti rattle clips on the pad.
