I know the usual is manual conversion or 3.5 engine
but i really dont want to go down that path i was hoping
use might be able to give me a few ideas on what
i should

3.0L Auto...
Not much dude.
Sounds dumb but either nitrous or 3.5l + manual box.

lol Dude... You've got virtually no choices that will give you any reasonable gains for what you want to spend on a 3L Auto. You could turbocharge it, however you'll find your auto box will disintegrate...
For minimal gains for what you spend... full exhaust system including extractors, ralliart cams, port and polish, reduce restriction on your intake (K&N pod or panel, high flow TB, short ram intake maybe), Unichip or other piggyback... Stuff like that :)

being an auto,(and I wish i could afford this now or have done it instead of cat back)would be an intake plenum. My research has seen better performance creating a better intake than exhaust, altho the later benificial, if i was to spend $1000 it would be on the intake and not extractors and zorst....my 2c

why? i havent seen anyone fit a "peformance" intake plenum and make big gains if any at all :nuts:
