My TJ is a fair sized car with a pissy horn. Wife's N15 Pulsar 1600 has 2 horns and is much louder than my TJ. Just wondering if Veradas have the single horn, 2 horns OR maybe a single but louder horn. When I was at the wreckers I picked up an extra horn. I'm hoping not to have to fit a relay. The cover on the fuses in the engine bay indicates that the fuse (#12) is for horn, but Handbook says it is for ECU and horn. Which is correct? I don't want to fit extra horn, blow fuse and stuff ECU or be stuck on the side of the road replacing fuses. My original thinking was to wire the 2nd horn onto the wiring of the factory fitted horn and measure the AMPS drawn by the 2 horns and if it was reasonably lower than the fuse I would be home and hosed. But if the fuse is also for the ECU, i am reluctant to do this.Anyone been here before?

Will watch this thread with some interest.
When I first used the horn on my 3rd gen (to test it before the RWC), I was surprised at how wimpy/miny/useless it sounded. Made a note in my memory wish list to do something about it. Luckily we don't use them often - but when you do - look what we get :doubt:

J-Pap fitted a BA Falcon horn to his magna.
Not sure if it was a straight swap or not. Will have to ask him

I think there has been discussion on this topic before. My TL also has a very poor horn. I had a late model Falcon horn fitted alongside the standard one ( without a relay).
The horn note and volume has improved, although still marginal.
I think previous threads indicated that BMW horns were the best bet.
