lol yeah.....just try accelerating, thats all I've gotta do and the wheels will spin....keep the handbrake on and you'll get that result....question is why?

If your not going to travel anywhere I don't see the point in the wheels spinning

Yes... you and anybody thats a killjoy!:bowrofl: Laugh @ myself!

And that was not smoke from the engine... i couldn't kill it. I was trying to kill the motor for a rebuild but blew the tyres first..... As you can see it was in my driveway, not on public roads.

EDIT: On a 10 ACRE block behind an industrial area....

Sure am:nuts: .......I've done it inadvertently before.....just cause I don't have a Boss 260 under the bonnet doesn't mean you can't destroy the tyres...:P

quick note from the tree huggin hippie that lurks deep inside me.

a 10 second burnout puts about the same amount of **** into the air as daily driving for 6 months...*cough cough*

altho, that coming from a guy who mods cars for a living is a bit hipocritical but hey there are fumes and there are fumes.

but all the above mentioned, burnout comps will always stir something deeply primevil in me...time and place for everything

Gimme a E46 (http://www.da-motorsport.com/projeler/panos330tci/P1010320.jpg)any day, but no other BMW please....and no, just because I don't mind the E46 that does not mean I'd like to see one doing a burnout....the whole concept just seems pointless to me. Drifting on the other hand....

lol

This is just as I was saying to you the other night, I don't have a problem with burnouts and whatever on a track, no problems when its not going to harm anyone (except maybe the driver if the engine blows up haha). Same deal with drifting, I personally think it looks great, but if you do it on the road you don't deserve to have your license. Theres a time and a place for everything.

you look like a bogan doin burnouts, specially in a crappy old magna. now if it was a nice big v8 or something that would be a little more acceptable

your kidding right?

basic intellect needed to perform burnout = 10yr old

drifting needs precise control. Linking up corners. etc... only thing the same is smoke produced...

burnouts are gay

haha, yeah i forgot about female stench. Burnt rubber still gives it a good run for its money though.....

Ive really got respect for any car (to a point) that can turn the wheels and make good smoke. It might be a caveman 'sport' but i still enjoy it. And yes i do think any fool who does these things on suburban streets needs to be shot.....

:doubt: It's a shame most of you have grown up to a point where HARMLESS fun is annoying and a personal attack on your space!

I don't agree with these things happening on the street as it's Dangerous, there is a time and place for everything! Although i've been guilty a few times in my younger years.

And another thing, Barbie dolls are gay! NOT BURNOUTS! Have you ever seen a gay guy doin a burnout?

Keep the smoke flowin! sideways or stantdstill i dont care!

Yes actually, i saw molly meldrum in a ferrari doing a burnout up st kilda :bowrofl:

Although i cant say im against burnouts all together, i hate when fools do burnouts for the sake of being fully sick, but if the place your at is deserted and you are with a few friends i say go for it, i know i have in my younger days!!

hahah dude you might walk outside one day and notice gay dudes aren't all hugely flamboyant and feminine and all that. Extremely far from gay myself but some of my mates are...

though lucifer lolling at this thread about doing a burnout ever not being a steaming pile of ****.
