Heyas,
I got my car around a month ago and I've noticed it pulls to the left quite a bit sometimes....does anyone know a good place in Adelaide to get a wheel alignment done ? And I mean a thorough job, not a quick fix :D
Also, should I get one now or wait till I get lowered ? will it make a difference...
Thanks.

yea, franchises like bob jane generally get a bad name when one of their stores make a mistake. Its always best to try something out first hand.
as for adelaide, i cant help ya =)

how worn are your tyres and are the tyre pressures even. this can also lead to the car pulling left. as mentioned when it is lowered have the alignment done then. in the mean time maybe rotate the tyres to see if it makes a differance

I get my Magna and my mazda MPS both wheel aligned at Roadstyle tyre and battery at Lonsdale.
Dave who owns the place is a top bloke and Warren who does the wheel alignments is very good at his job. They set my magna up to how i want it for track work (and road work) and they arnt afraid to experiment to get your car just right. :D
There prices are very good as well.

you say it does it 'sometimes'. when it does it is the road generally leaning off to the left? if it is it could just be your tyres are following the road. some tyres will follow the road more than others. but it wouldn't hurt to get it looked at

It is occasionally veers to the left, it could also be caused by tramlining. I have 235 wide directionals and depending on the road camber, a firm grip on the steering wheel is required to ensure the car tracks straight. If this is your situation, I found that a wheel alignment will not fix it this.
If it is simply an alignment issue, then try and find a reputable tyre shop that doesn't thrash their customers cars like a certain Bob Jane store near me. I take mine to a K-Mart which is located in an underground shopping centre carpark and do a good alignment for about $60. Because of its high visibility to shoppers, they just cruise up and back down to car park slowly so I know the contents of my boot will not be scattered everywhere.

Ok I might check them out after lowering :)

Well sometimes its worse than others. Its happened on straight roads too :doubt: And the tyres aren't so worn as to veer in a certain direction like they do.
I'll get it checked out soon tho, thanks for your replies :D
