thats pure Pannel beating and labour intensive

have to get quotes on a cash basis from panel beaters

In this process, the metal lip that is pressed all the way around the inner side of a wheel arch is folded up and under the guard. Rolling this edge of a guard typically gives you around another 2 centimetres of width to play with, depending on the car's lip

Try a Makita, Dewalt or Metabo lol if you want the cheap way... Cut it!! Only problem is is that you leave the metal and paint work exposed which can induce rusting and peeling of paint if not sealed after... O yeah and your guards may not be structurally sound afterwards.

Also, even if you do get it done professionally (rolled), depending on the condition of the paintwork can cause the paint to crack and peel where the bend is because you are stretching the overall area. You should be right but im just letting you know if that does happen.

I was quoted roughly around $100 a guard at The Tyre Factory a while back, but never went through with it because my rims never fouled the guards.. just my rear suspension arms :bowrofl:

He had a custom paint job n they bashed the front guard out with a mallet dont think they cared about the fresh new paint job
