Hmm... Stock holes in the doors will not fit or mount them unless you build a speaker pod for the door trim. I wouldn't be fitting a 6x9 anywhere where it provides anything but a rear fill... Yuck.

Like Lucifer said, you'd have to build a custom pod in the door. It sounds like way too much effort for the result you'd get tho.. Personal opinion anyway.

Well, having 6x9"s front and back does give a load of umm...thump, thats the setup in our Camry, but to answer your question, just as said above, custom door pods would need to be made. For decent results (and in many cases from them to fit) you need at least 80-100mm depth, and thats gonna stick out a bit on your front doors too.

Step 1) Buy 6x9's
Step 2) Buy 6x9 spacers
Step 3) Measure and cut holes in door trim so that magnet fits in six inch hole.
Step 4) Screw both spacer and speaker into door and run wire from Headunit.
Step 5) Sit back and enjoy thumping foot bass.

Though it's VERY possible to do such a setup, it'll be bloody ugly, will stick out by about say, 1.5-2cms and will often incur strong kicks while driver steps out of vehicle. ALSO, you'll get so much door rattle, the door itself is most likely to fall of :D...My 2c.

Precisely... 6x9's can sound muddy as hell, and produce midbass (not bass) so leave them for the back... :)

dnt get 6x9's for your front door, get good quality 6" and 6.5" then do this:

Sif 6x9's are ugly... i disagree, but will only prove this when i get myself a Digi cam and take pics of my car audio (so lazy), at which point if u still care, look it up. Mine are noice (self proclaimed).

My Pioneer 4" speakers in the ae82 are 110watt max, which is 30w I believe off the top of my head.

You'd probly find Bose speakers put out something like 110w RMS constant from some of their satellites, don't think theres a 110w RMS 4" car speaker though.
