I assume you're talking about your door trim... If so, yes, it must be removed, not hard, just a few screws and clips, lever the bottom off and slide up.

Yup but 6 1/2 will fit fine, and i believe even up to around 7-8 before custom mounts have to be made. The biggest issue is magnet depth, don't want the window hitting it :).

Hmm not sure what he did before now, but he now has 9's in there lol. But with custom mounts, not sure if that was because he couldn't fit them otherwise, or he wanted a better mount.

yeah the Morels play almost as low as subs, if only I had the money I would have invested in some Morels. They do like the power though :D

To get the trim off you need to take off 3 screws, one in the circle thing in the door ( you can see it when you open you door ), one under your door handle and one under the plastic tab in the handle on the inside where you pull your door shut. Take you manual winder or auto window panel off and pull GENTLY on the bottom of the door to release the clips around the door. Only takes about 5 mins once you have done it a few times.

70-90mm or something. Just buy what speakers you want and do yourself a favour and make a proper MDF mount...
