Instead of wirering the + cable straight to the battery can i connect it to the same + cable that is connected to the Head Unit or will that **** things up

it cant be done becuase the power wire from the h/u doesnt have enough current or amps to handle the amount of power that an amp requires
so yeah the only way is to run a wire from the battery

you dont have to drill a hole, well maybe in the rubber gorment
there will be a rubber gorment in the drivers foot well just above where the clutch pedal would be
there will be 2 metal rods coming through the gorment
poke a hold in there then run the wire through

On your car, looking at your pic, there is a really easy grommet through the firewall on the passager side about half way done and 30/40cm in. You will see 2 rubber pipes above it being the coolant pipes I think ( well one definately is ), it is below them.

The power cable will then pop out on the passenger side up the top. If you stick your head up under your glove box and pull the carpet back it should come out there.

remember to run your power and remote wire down one side of the car and your speaker cables and RCA's down the other to avoid alternator whine otherwise you'll have to do it all agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain.
