Driving a TH 00', on start up, for about 20 seconds, my car will make this high pitched noice....then after the 20 seconds it will settle and be normal idle, i have yet to check if it idles higher when this sound is being made....i havee no clue AT all what is it.

any help:)?

My guess would be a loose belt thats slipping?

20 seconds is probably just how long its taking to get the slipping belt up to speed.
