hi guys :) I was think about getting adjustable cam gears for my TL VR-X?but i don't know what type is good and the way to go about it. Do i need 2 ralliart camshafts or 1  can i use the nitrided valve springs from a ralliart magna? I was also going to go for a set of pacemaker headers with a 3" metalcat , 2.5" stainless steel exhaust and a isotta muffler to.But is this the way to go, i want to get it first time and not to find out that i did it all wrong.:doubt:

As megatron said, use the Tech Torque section, more replies guaranteed :)
You'll need two ralliart camshafts, one for each cylinder bank.
AFAIK you can use ralliart valve springs.
Why a 3" metalcat? 2.5" will be fine (all the way through) for a 3.5L engine.
I don't think you could go wrong with a set of pacemakers, 2.5" highflow cat and a 2.5" muffler on the end :)

i would go for a set of genie extractors as they are the best qaulity. with the 2.5" cat back, if you can afford, it get mandrel bent.

mate i have done the camshaft upgrade and you will not require a different exhaust to the factory VRX. It is more than sufficient for the upgrade you are looking at. I have mentioned in many posts that the money would have been better spent on an intake manifold/plenum or extractors
