ok well dont have the money at the mo, but this is what i'm thinking...

HU - Eclipse CD8445 (already have), 8V preouts, good SQ
Splits - Morel Elate 6" 2-ways
Amp - Audison SRX2S (already have)
Sub - Treo SSi 12" 750W sub
Sub Amp - Audison LRx 1.1k - 1100W

thoughts? hope to get it over the summer holidays :)

Sounds good, factor in deadening, install (mdf baffles), wiring etc.

Should be sweet.

yeah i know, will let the pros take care of that :P wont be aiming on entering comps, just wanna do it right the first time ;)

will most likely be Alberts Morley, knowledgable guys, deal in high end audio stuff :)

tim, can u suggest any alternative amps i could use for the sub? just $1000 for the amp...just dunno, would rather around $800!

I reckon You check out Earthequake amps, they don't look the goods, but they sure as hell preform.

talkin more SQ here guys, yes theres definitely SPL involved with a Treo sub, but i want a quality signal as well :)

thats where i got my system done
nice clean install and all for a good price

The Zapco amps are nice as well, think they are bit more expensive though... Have no drama's with my Audisons so far...

Possibly go to the Morel 9's? Those subs are really nice, Oz Matrix one go well as well.

nah not for fronts, alot less work/money involved in putting in 6's ;)
