what are some relativley good mods to do to a 4cyl 2.6 magna both interior exterior and engine already have straight thru exhaust

Here's how this works... You'll probably end up spending $6,000 - $8,000 on a car worth approximately $2,000. You'll then spend a further $2,000 trying to keep it on the road with the amount of failures in stock parts you left in it.

If you're looking for performance in an Astron... You're looking in the wrong place.

Furthermore, use the search function, search for TR Turbo... or people like Monga, Vip and so on...

put a huge turbo in it with a giant intercooler. then get an aluminium racing wing, remove the back seats, all door trims, radio, air conditioning units. remove everyting that's not there to make the car drive. then, get a 5' straight through exhaust and put 35psi boost on it.

guaranteed to get you down the quarter one second quicker than stock...


but seriously, turf it and get a 6.

Everyone has been a little blunt with you, because you asked a very broad question that has been covered many times before.
What i might suggest you do is use the search function. There is a wealth of information on these forums, and the answers to all your questions will be in older threads. If you believe something has not been covered, then by all means create a new thread and ask a specific question.

Yeh people on her flame you if you ask any sort of question if it has been answered before or
not so just use that function.

Honestly if you want better performance out of the four
put extractors on which you can get from the wreckers for about $80. but if you want real
power then maby the six is the better way to go.

Also have a look in magna mods or tech talk cos thats got a sh iet load more in it for performance.
