I have spoken to a few ralliart owners or those with kits and the lack of fog/driving lights is annoying.
Well there may be some good news on it's way, i've had a couple of fog light covers from a Vr-x in my possession and just for fun i put them up against the ralliart front bar, and to my shock they fit perfectly, shape and size fits into the indents in the ralliart front bar :shock:.

It's almost like mitsubishi planned to do it but changed their mind. So anyway over the next month or so i plan to hack away at my front bar and see if i can get them looking good. Will do a photochop over the weekend and show you exactly how they could look.
Have checked clearances and everything is sweet.

Any advice/suggestions are welcome. Hope to keep you all posted on this soon!

Also just to clarify, i will be keeping the indent, the foglight cover will sit level with the inner wall of the indent.

That's exactly what i'm talking about, except instead of mesh you'll have fog lights.

Wiring is easy, the switch not so sure yet. Haven't had a look at the verada stalk so not sure how feasible that is. I hear they can get pretty expensive though? Might just work some sort of switch into the console somehow.

i was thinking if i had the ralliart bar, i would try to make up some pods, IE EVO style.

just make the hole a bit bigger for the foglight, i recon it would look sick, just fibreglass and bog it on, paint it, n it would be sweet,

I always thought that flat panel part of the Ralliart bar looked half finished. I wonder if Mitsu intended it for a fog light in the first place then cut costs?

Similar to the white bar pictured earlier (in Apollo441's post), my front bar has that flat insert/panel part cut out and replaced with mesh (but the whole insert/flat bit, not just part of it like the white one) - I intended to place some spot/fog lights behind the mesh. But if the VRX lights fit in there - maybe I shouldn't have cut it ALL out :doubt:

puck damn your ralliart has come up nice, definately is missing the fog lights, and looks like the vrx ones were intended to fit, should look awesome when done

looks good, but IMO they need to sit abit more level with the back of the indent, and moved abit more out towards the edges of the car.

would be intersting to see was thinking of doing this at some stage to mine. (thats my front bar by the way, got it off ebay and the bloke said he can put those extra cut outs in for no extra cost)
