Hey everyone,
Got the awd booked in for Koni reds next friday and are wondering what other peoples experiences are? especially from awd owners.

I am mostly interested in how they perform in spirited driving conditions.

All Koni's are brilliant. There are much more supple on nasty surfaces than the many Bilsteins I have owned on various cars. And being adjustable (before you put them in the car) the reds offer plenty of possiblities to change the handling according to your tastes. In magnas I have always set them with zero turns of adjustment on the rear and 3/4 of a turn on the front. Combine this with setting the front tyre pressures 3psi higher than the rears and I get rapid turn in, with throttle off oversteer available at higher speeds/tighter corners. Just the way I like it  Theye are also brilliant and fade free on the track on track days.

But best of all? They are rebuildable and designed to be that way. Mind you, the last set I had on our no.2 family car (TP wagon) did 210,000km and were still just fine...

Oh, and I'm running yellows at the mo, set - you guessed it - with 3/4 of a turn on the front through the external adjustment knob.

Yep, you sure do. Main thing is to not be afraid to go back to the fitter and request more turns on the fronts or rears if the understeer/oversteer balance isn't right for you after you drive it for a bit. Unless you know exactly what you want, most fitters will default to setting the car up with no turns on either front or rear.
