Well Done mate, and welcome!

It's a very easy car to live with and the only quirk I can think of is reversing can be a pain. If you haven't got them fitted, reversing sensors are good.

I think yours is the first black one on AMC so please post pics so we can all drool...lol

I assume it's just the camera that's making the lights so yellow?

Yeah it is the phone. . . I noticed that too, looks weird. . Will get some proper ones take with a good camera soon :D

I cant believe the economy of the 380, seems to get the same kays out of a tank as my old TH auto !!

Manuals typically use less fuel right? Why is that?

I got mine from Chadstone Mitsubishi. I live in Geelong and there was bugger all here so it was worth the drive!

Welcome mate, hope you get lots of enjoyment out of your new car.

You must be doing something right with fuel economy...mine uses a least a litre/100km more than my old manual TH.

Definetely agree with Knotched re reversing. I cant seem to see a damn thing behind mine!!!

I was getting below 10l/100 at one stage before changing the exhaust. Just lately I've got back to around 10.9/11.2 but I think it's really because I just can't keep my freakin foot off the accelerator!!!

I average 10.5 with a bit of both highway and city driving. That is using normal fuel.

Oh and mine is BLACK lol:shock:

I usually average about 12 to 13l/100 in the city and about 9.5 on the highway... Where as my TF was doing consistent 10's in the city and 8's on the highway.

My old TH was about 8.6 l/100 when driving out to Orange in the country. The 380 for the same trip (before exhaust mod) is about 10.2 l/100.

90% of our driving now is start up, drive less than 5 kms and stop...this equates to about 13.9 l/100 which is roughly 1.5 l/100 more than the magna under the same conditions.
