im looking at getting some VRX side skirts on my TE, ive got a VRX front Bar to put on too. but does the skide skirts look silly without the Flares, as the flares seam to join to the front bar and skirts. pics on some one with skirts but to flares would be appreciated.

This is what mine looks like with out the Wheel Arch Flares.

You wouldn't be the first to think that, I know of a few who have removed the flares because it looks better without them.

Yeh different for ralliarts, the flare is built into the skirts/bars.

Looks fine without - although that being said I did buy Ego's flares to put on mine.

Have you got a TH+ bumper as well or just the skirt overlay?

Agreed. I've just bought a new Ground Effects kit and had everything painted. But I reckon I'll leave the arch flares off

yeah its a TH or TJ i think it is, just waiting to get it back from the paint shop.

VRX with no flares is the best looking car on the road. pulled mine off two years ago..:)

the flares do make the car look a bit lower as it closes the guards in more.

Outa interest, what happens when you chuck that baby in reverse? Did you custom fit reverse lights into the rada ones? Thats a seriously hot car man, you should live in vic, i don't want to settle for photos with this one!

OT, I'm with the majority on saying no flares is nicer. Dualies is nicer too :P

yea noticed that last night just thought it would be interesting to see how much egos cost

Took my mirror out on the fense behind when reversing in the gates.. Only 10cm clearance on each side and i wasnt paying attention..:P oh well, took me to break two mirrors before i learnt that one..:P ad no mirror as i was waiting for panel shop to paint my new one..

The rear skirt cost about $800 to do. Not a cheap exercise but worth every bit.

Its kinda sad how much ive spent on this silly car in the last three years ive owned it..:( Done the maths. oh well. its my toy i guess..:)

I had to take my flares off when i got the 20s put on and you really cant tell the difference, i reckon it looked fine and unless your really looking u cant notice lol
