If i may, i will go slightly OT here but still a q re Barry's mods.

Is it worth putting in the fuel rail kit on a 1998 Sports Magna with 170k on it?

Deffinately
I put mine on at 180k and made a huge difference

Such as????

Improved consumption?
Improved start up?
Less RPM at start up?
Less droning from exhaust?
Smoother idle?
Smoother ride?
Less RPM on the same cruise speed? (Eg my car does around 2.xx RPM @ 90 kmph and 2.2x @ 100 kmph

Any other?

btw, I'm getting it done as there has been significant +ve feedback but dunno where Barry is :confused:

Yeah the main things i noticed was reduced droning of the exhaust, better consumption and a smoother ride. And easy to install with the instructions, i did it myself with pretty much 0 mechanical experience :P i'm gonna get the grounding kit as soon as i have some spare mullah

well i actually haven't taken mine out the driveway since i did it.
might do it now, go get some petrol as well.

I actually did send you an answer, but I thought that with all your logistical problems, lack of time etc, that it would not work out for you

However, if you want to get a Fuel Rail Tuning Kit, then send me another PM and I will see to it
