Does anyone know how to enter the code to reactivate the factory fitted cassette/radio tuner - its required due my battery going flat & being replaced, now the radio only has buttons numbered between 1-6 but in the owners manual, some of the code numbers r above 6 (i.e 7). Any help would be appreciated as i cannot find any tech articles on the web, thanks Macha.

Hi, you could try this :

Let's say your code number is 1234, so what you'd do is :

Press the "1" button once
Press the "2" button twice
Press the "3" button three times
Press the "4" button four times

ok well i just checked my manual the number is: 7293 - so the 2 & 3 r fine but i still dont know how to enter the 7 & 9???

According to the owners manual you press the 1 key and then the << and >> buttons to get the code and then press 1 again when it is displaying the right code.
