Have a KS Verada with 198Ks (alot I know). Got the car for a bargain, immaculate condition.
Anyway the 2 problems I have are the electronic overdrive won't take me into overdrive, all else is OK with the transmission.
Tappet Noise, I keep reading about all oils to use, I was going to put an oil flush through and which oil should I use given the higher mileage.

undo the overdrive unit cover plate
remove ovrdrive unit and see if the drive and friction plates are worn


oil flush
not a good idea to oil flush a motor with long km

the tappets
renew the tappets at that km
use the normal oil
