Gday guys,
Got my car checked and fully serviced today. I had known what the problems were for the last 6 months, just hadn't done anything about them. Cost a cool $1458, got all rotors and pads replaced, driveshafts, exhaust manifold gasket and front welch plug, all filters, fluids and hoses checked and replaced, etc. etc. etc. I trust these guys and im not disputing the cost. The thread's actually regarding something else.
At the end of my invoice, they've got a quick pointer letting me know that my engine mounts, vacuum hoses and 3 of my wheel studs & nuts require replacing.
I've had a quick breeze through the repair manual, but realistically how hard would it be to replace these things myself, and what would be the costs involved?
FYI, TR 4cyl Carby.

if

all that work done Cost a cool $1458,

the engine mounts are easy to DIY allow $100 per mount

the wheel studs-- the stub axles and hubs have to be seperated 2 hours work prob
plus you replace all studs on the hub not just the broken ones
