Hi, my partner and I have recently found the radiator cap on our Magna TP more difficult to remove. At the same time, I've noticed maybe some brownish flaky corrosion or something on and around the cap area.

Are we missing some important maintenance/fluid in the radiator? Or is the cap getting old and leaking a small amount of hot radiator liquid out onto the cap area?

the correct concentration of coolant/ anti corrosion fluid to water
that information is usually on the bottle of coolant

and best buy a new cap
