Has anyone put the trip computer into a car that only has the clock?

i would assume you need the unit of course and just the gauge cluster surround?

There is posts on this. Someone did it but after much much hard work, the looms are different on the models with the trip computer in them.

Common consensus is that it's not worth it.

After further reading, I'll leave it and just keep using my spreadsheet.
