Was down at the wreckers this arvo and a 1999 Verada was sitting up the back untouched (including parras) and I got in and started pulling the interior apart and put a stack of stuff under another car so I can go back and get it after I get some advice.

1. How much of a difficult operation is it to put the climate control part of the centre console into a standard TF Exec?

2. The ash tray and cigarette lighter in the slide out drawer of the centre console on the Verada looked pretty sweet but can it go into the same space as the one in the standard Magna?

3. Anything else in the Verada I should go looking for to stick in the standard Magna? I'll head back and get anything else decent out of it.

The climate control transplant is apparently quite tricky because all of the vents are controlled electronically on the verada but physically on the magna so you've got to transplant all the motors and connectors and stuff. (someone else asked a similar question recently)

As far as other stuff to get:
cabin / vanity lights?
rear pillar lights?
The whole centre console from ash tray back to storage compartment?
Includes cutout for shifter, coin storage, cup holders, ash tray, cigarette lighter. (I think it should all fit but can't guarantee)
Door handles?
front bumper (if you like the bottlenose dolphin look)

Is it an Xi? I'd take the full dash inserts, presuming your taking the climate (otherwise just take the bottom section if its an Ei.

The seats :P, the power windows, the map lights, the parras, the verada rear, the foggies and front bar, and thats about it i think, maybe the power Ariel if you want it?

to add to the above:
interior/exterior handles
drivers seat (is yours powered? the verada might have more adjustments)
chrome window trim
rear boot and lights (if you want your rear end looking like that ;) )
grill
