Hi Guys,
Just wondering what I should expect to pay for my 97,500 service for my TJ exec? I had my timing belt and front (I think) spark plugs replaced for my 90,000, and the only thing extra I was going to ask the dealer, was to fix my rear window break light as well as my sender unit (fuel guage is faulty)
Thanks in advance.

$200-$300 allowing for labour charge to be the most expensive part of that
depends on ACT rates

When was the fuel filter last done? If the answer is never, get that done. Filter costs around $20 from repco/supercheap/whatever, and taked around half an hour for someone competent to swap.
Also check the PCV valve, as they have a tendency to get clogged. Take off the plastic engine cover, pull the pcv out and see if it rattles freely when shaken. Clean it in a bath of petrol/diesel/whatever.
Check the air filter.

If it was your front bank of spark plugs, and definetly not your rear bank - then you should look at getting them done. They are supposed to be done at the same time as the timing belt.
But if you had your log book service (+ timing belt and other stuff) done at 90,000 and you are going to have your next log book service done at 105,000 - then 97,500 really only needs to be an oil and filter change.

I ended up paying $334, all up, and that was with the sender unit being replaced as well.
Is that a reasonable price?

It's not bad I guess. You would've paid a bit for the sender unit, and a dealership will charge you a bit more for servicing than a local mechanic.
