I know some of the KH models have an optional accessory socket in the coin box. For those of us that don't, does anyone know if this can be added DIY-style?

I have the KH Verada Ei, and I would like to add this socket, so I can use my iPod FM transmitter and keep use of my front cupholders. I have to pull out the ashtray somewhat to get access to to the cigar lighter socket.

Is the wiring etc in place for the accessory socket under the coin box, or does the whole lot have to be done?

I installed on in my KE Ei,

Just get the socket from a XI, or just get a $5 from supercheap and run a 12v and an earth from your other lighter socket.
